Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of all Fullers Bakery sites. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their work, and be comfortable managing their own tasks and time.
This position offers excellent opportunities for internal progression for someone who demonstrates dedication, initiative and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties across all of our sites, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
- Monitor site conditions and report issues promptly to management.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work independently and efficiently to complete daily and weekly tasks.
- Provide support to the wider team as required.
