Are you passionate about delivering essential business support services across North East Lincolnshire?
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our central business support team. We have two vacancies available, 1x 22 Hour part time permanent at Reynolds Day Care and 1x 18.5 Hour part time permanent within The Independent Reviewing Service. Our ideal candidates are committed to upholding the highest standards for our customers, both within the organisation and externally.
The Independent Reviewing Service provides impartial oversight of care plans for looked-after children and vulnerable individuals, functioning separately from direct social work teams. These services monitor local authority actions, chair review meetings, and advocate for the rights and welfare of children in care. This role is to provide Business Support to the service by arranging meetings, preparing agendas, minuting meetings which may be complex and have sensitive information, sharing information on the screen during meetings and assisting in completion of plans. Follow up actions after the meetings are ensuring minutes are accurate and distributed within statutory time frames. This is a challenging role but varied, interesting and supports a great team. Reception cover, phone cover and general administrative duties are also as the standard Business Support Officer role profile.
Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30 -5pm with 1 hours lunch.
Reynolds Day Care is a well-established childcare provision in Cleethorpes, operated by North East Lincolnshire Council, providing high-quality care and early years education for children aged approximately 6 months to 5 years. The setting offers a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive through play-based experiences and structured learning opportunities. Business support includes managing admissions and waiting lists, maintaining accurate child and staff records, supporting attendance monitoring, processing financial information, coordinating communications with parents and carers, and ensuring documentation is compliant with safeguarding, data protection, and regulatory requirements. By providing efficient administrative support, the Business Support team enables childcare practitioners to focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for children.
Working Hours: Fixed hours Monday - Friday 13:00 - 17:00
We are also welcome applications for full time Business Support Officers for forthcoming vacancies, these could be anywhere across the wider Business Support Service so please register your interest early.
