Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles suitable for them.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Uphold professional standards in appearance and behaviour at all times.
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products when appropriate, promoting additional services.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Skilled in hair styling and barbering techniques, with relevant qualifications preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of clearly explaining styles and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism in all interactions.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments effectively.
