Design plays a critical role in making complex AI workflows intuitive, transparent, and impactful for users.
- Design end-to-end user experiences: from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI
- Translate complex AI and data-driven features into clear, usable interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and ship features
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable components
- Prototype interactions and validate concepts quickly
- Advocate for user-centric design across the company
- Contribute to product strategy through design insights
- Design tools: Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Prototyping tools: Figma, Framer, Principle
- Collaboration tools: Notion, Slack, Google Workspace

- 3–6+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Solid UX fundamentals: research, interaction design, information architecture
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience designing for complex or data-heavy products
- Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience designing AI/ML-powered products (nice to have)
- Familiarity with recruiting, HR tech, or SaaS tools (nice to have)
- Experience building or contributing to design systems (nice to have)
- Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (nice to have)
