Full remote - to support nationwide working
Osbourne Pinner, a London-based law firm, is currently looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join our team. This role is dedicated to supporting the legal needs of both individual and business clients, across London and internationally, specifically within Housing matters. We are seeking a specialist solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE. To support nationwide working and provide flexibility, this position is offered as a full remote role.
Experience:
Working closely with private and corporate clients for:
- Possession claim
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Section 8 & Section 21 Notices
- Tenant Disputes
- Deposit Disputes
- Defence of Tenant Action
- Right of first refusal
- Residential and Commercial Landlord and Tenant Issues
- Residential and Commercial Property Disputes
- Housing Disrepair
- Neighbour Disputes
- Boundary Disputes
- Commercial Disputes
- Commercial Contracts and Disputes
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant Disputes
Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal procedures Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
The ideal candidate: You will need to be adept at dealing with work involving Housing act, Landlord and Tenant issues covering:
- Defended possession proceedings
- Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Commercial Disputes
A broad experience within a range of litigious matters would be an advantage. You will need to have skills. The firm are offering an excellent package and huge potential for the right person.
