Miele’s Gelateria are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join our Inverness team on a part time basis.
What you’ll be doing:
· Scooping and serving delicious gelato
· Chatting with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
· Keeping the gelato cabinet looking amazing - ensuring the shop is always looking its best e.g. making sure the cabinet is clean and topped up
· Handling customer orders and payments
· Working as part of a fun, fast-moving team
· Parlour evening close-down and cash-up. You will be required to balance the till at the end of the evening.
· Keyholder responsibilities: following close-down procedures including alarm setting, securing the shop etc
You’re perfect for this if you:
· Have a big smile and a positive attitude
· Enjoy working with people of all ages
· Can stay cool under pressure (even on busy sunny days!)
· Are reliable, friendly, and happy to learn
· Availability for evenings and weekend shifts. This role will involve covering the parlour approximately three evening per week including working Sundays.
· Experience in a customer facing role is great but not required. We’ll train you!
