Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Aesthetic Nurse (V300 Qualified) to join our dynamic team with proven CPD or Ofqual-regulated training (e.g., Level 7 Diploma or a verified equivalent Foundation/Advanced training certificate) in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers. This role offers flexible freelance opportunities for qualified nurses specialising in aesthetic treatments, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and aesthetic procedures.

This is a freelance role with expected hours structured as 1 to 2 fixed clinic days per week, to be mutually agreed upon based on booking volumes
Duties
- Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, advanced injectables and skin rejuvenation procedures, in accordance with V300 qualification standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment journey
- Face-to-Face Consultations
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up care efficiently
- Engage in social media management to promote services, share before-and-after images, and build an online presence
- Upsell additional treatments or products to optimise client satisfaction and clinic revenue
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with industry regulations
Experience
- V300 qualification in aesthetic nursing or equivalent recognised certification
- Aesthetics Practice (Minimum 2–3 Years)
- Proven experience in administering aesthetic treatments such as Botox and advanced dermal fillers
- Strong management skills with the ability to organise appointments and client information effectively
- Demonstrable customer service experience within a beauty or healthcare setting
- Experience with front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality is advantageous
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximise treatment uptake and client satisfaction
