What You’ll Be Doing
The Merchandising Specialist plays a key role in shaping the in-store customer experience by creating impactful displays and leading rebuild projects, ensuring every initiative is delivered accurately and right first time. From implementing small-scale improvements to bringing high profile company initiatives like Wellness or Beauty Only to life, this role offers constant variety, challenge and excitement.
Key Responsibilities

Outside of the merchandising team, you’ll partner with colleagues from across the business and liaise with external suppliers; expanding your network, strengthening cross-functional relationships and gaining valuable exposure to different areas of the business.
What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)-
Strong planning and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery

Passionate about accuracy and excellence with a focus on getting things right first time

Skilled at developing effective stakeholder relationships and being confident to challenge when needed

Values a collaborative approach and works hard to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Solution focussed and takes a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering practical, effective solutions

Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems, with training provided to support your success
It Would Be Great If You Also Have-
Experience in a retail environment, particularly within the beauty or health sectors.

Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques.

Familiarity with retail analytics tools.
