Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, utilising their knowledge of anatomy and physiology to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about improving patients' physical health and mobility, particularly in a hospital or clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual assessments and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to enhance patients' mobility and strength.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practices.
- Provide specialised care for paediatric patients as required.
Qualifications
- A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification recognised by relevant professional bodies.
- HCPC & CSP registered.
- Work authorisation (UK).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical environment is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and communication.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and training in physiotherapy practices.
