About the Role:
Recursos Positivos Business and Professional Services supports organisations by improving operational performance, strengthening internal processes, and helping teams deliver consistent business results.
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who can take ownership of day to day operational performance across multiple business functions. You will coordinate workflows, improve processes, monitor performance, and work closely with internal teams to ensure priorities are delivered efficiently and accurately.
This role is suited to someone who combines strong operational judgement with practical problem solving. You will be expected to understand how different functions work together and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee day to day business operations and ensure key workflows are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
Process Improvement:
Review existing procedures, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements that increase productivity and service quality.
Performance Management:
Monitor operational performance using agreed measures and provide clear updates on results, risks, and areas requiring attention.
Cross Functional Coordination:
Work with different departments to align priorities, resolve operational issues, and support smooth delivery across the business.
Resource Planning:
Coordinate workloads, staffing requirements, schedules, and operational priorities to ensure teams have the support needed to meet business demand.
Reporting:
Prepare regular operational reports, performance summaries, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
Budget Coordination:
Support financial planning, monitor operational costs, and work with finance teams to maintain effective cost control.
Risk Management:
Identify operational risks, service issues, and process weaknesses and develop practical actions to reduce their impact.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and external partners.
Team Leadership:
Support and guide operational staff, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and encourage consistent standards across the team.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in business operations, service delivery, project operations, commercial operations, or a related management role.
Operational Knowledge:
Strong understanding of business processes, workflow management, service delivery, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
Leadership:
Experience managing or coordinating teams and supporting employees to meet operational targets.
Analytical Skills:
Confident working with operational data, reports, performance measures, and business information to support decisions.
Organisation:
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
Stakeholder Skills:
Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, suppliers, clients, and external partners.
Problem Solving:
Strong ability to identify operational issues, understand root causes, and implement practical solutions.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and explain operational information effectively.
Mindset:
You are organised, commercially aware, dependable, and focused on results. You know when to examine a process in detail and when to make a timely decision to keep operations moving.
Pay: £4,000.00-£4,700.00 per month
