We're looking for a motivated Trainee Agricultural Tyre Technician to join our growing tyre team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career through our HB Training Academy, working alongside experienced technicians and gaining hands-on experience across agricultural, commercial and specialist vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Train alongside experienced Tyre Technicians through our internal training programme.
- Inspect, repair and replace tyres on agricultural machinery, HGVs, LCVs, cars and OTR equipment.
- Respond to customer call-outs and deliver excellent customer service.
- Travel to customer sites across the region.
- Use company systems to complete job records accurately.
- Maintain your mobile fitting van, tools and equipment.
- Follow Health & Safety, British Standards and company procedures at all times.
- Complete required documentation and stock records.
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence required.
Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Every Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm or
Alternative Saturday: 8:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Salary
Starting from £.13.00 per hour, depending on age and experience
up to £14.50.
