We are looking for an experienced vehicle mechanic to join our team at Maghull Garages. We run a workshop, MOT station and vehicle sales.
The right candidate will have experience working on all aspects of mechanical work, day to day jobs will vary each day but experience in the following is required:
-Engine servicing
-Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs
-Suspension
-Brakes
-Timing belts and wetbelt belts
-Tyres
-Clutches
-Complete pre delivery inspections for sales vehicles
You will be required to work on both car and commercial vehicles.
We run a high quality rather than high quantity way of working, no set targets to meet just high-quality work.
The right candidate for us will be a team player but also able to work independently day to day. The willingness to learn and grow as a mechanic as the industry is constantly developing.
The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, full time.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
