Personal Support Assistant D941
A Personal Support Assistant is required to support an autistic gentleman for 2 hours per week with some domestic chores.
The 2 hours would ideally be on a Monday afternoon, (a different afternoon maybe considered, to suit both parties). These may increase to 4 hours at a later stage.
The duties are: support with batch cooking, cleaning and other domestic tasks, help with paperwork, life administration, shopping and help with phone calls.
The support assistant does not need to drive, but it is advisable that they live locally to the BD 24 postcode. They need to be patient, friendly, reliable and have experience with autism.
A DBS is required for this position.
The rate of pay is £13.79 per hour.
