We are looking for a Director of Corporate Partnerships who can take ownership of our partnership strategy and help expand our network across the UK and international markets. This is not just a relationship management role. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long term partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and representing the company with professionalism and confidence.
You will work closely with senior leadership, operations, client services, and business development teams to create partnership opportunities that support commercial growth and long term company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy: Develop and lead the corporate partnerships strategy to support business growth, brand visibility, and long term commercial objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, community organisations, and key stakeholders.
Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities, prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and support the conversion of opportunities into active business relationships.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in meetings, networking events, presentations, and partnership discussions with professionalism and confidence.
Commercial Planning: Work with senior leadership to set partnership targets, track performance, and report on progress against business objectives.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, client services, finance, and marketing teams to ensure partnership agreements are practical, profitable, and well delivered.
Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities to help the company remain competitive and relevant.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 plus years of experience in partnerships, business development, client relations, corporate affairs, or a similar senior commercial role.
Leadership: Previous experience leading partnership initiatives, managing key accounts, or influencing senior stakeholders is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally to clients and internal teams.
Commercial Mindset: You understand how to identify opportunities, build trust, negotiate agreements, and create value for both the company and its partners.
Relationship Building: You are confident working with senior decision makers and can maintain long term professional relationships.
Organisation: You can manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and keep accurate records of partnership activity.
Mindset: You are proactive, strategic, and practical. You know how to turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into measurable business results.
Pay: £85,200.00-£105,000.00 per year
