About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join the team at Coco Glow Tanning Studio.
This is a part-time position, and flexibility is an absolute necessity. Applicants must be available to work a mixture of morning, evening and weekend shifts, including providing cover when required.
As a member of our team, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while helping to maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for every customer.
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness throughout the studio, including daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Carry out general administration and reception duties.
- Monitor, organise and replenish stock.
- Carry out routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
- Open and close the studio when required.
- Promote the business professionally and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the studio operates efficiently every day.

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

- Correct company uniform must be worn at all times.
- High standards of cleanliness and professionalism are expected.
- Able to follow all company policies, house rules and procedures, while adapting to any additional rules or operational changes introduced by the business.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
