Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, organised and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our West Midlands Hub. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Management, the successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and client management support to Financial Advisers, helping to ensure clients receive an efficient, accurate and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete client reports and correspondence, including valuations, additional service letters, annual review letters, annual review letters with an appendix, and annual review letters for plans in drawdown.
- Use research tools such as FE Analytics and CashCalc, alongside the Gateway back-office system, to support accurate client reporting and administration.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve efficiency, service quality and the overall client experience.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed service level agreements.
- Communicate directly with providers by telephone and email to obtain information, resolve queries and support client servicing activity.
- Provide support to other teams where required.
- Maintain agreed diary management and record-keeping processes to ensure clear audit trails are kept in line with company and compliance standards.
- Adhere strictly to GDPR regulations and support Fairstone Financial Management’s compliance with FCA requirements.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
- Financial services experience and/or industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- Previous administrative experience is required.
- Good working knowledge of Office 365 applications.
