We are looking to add to our Kitchen team here at Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant in Cottam, Preston. As we are a breakfast/brunch restaurant we are only open during the days, so no evenings, and we are closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
The ideal candidate will be someone with experience of cooking or prepping in a busy kitchen who is also able to control the Kitchen Porter duties. The candidate will be required to work as a Kitchen Porter on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays then step into the main kitchen on Saturdays and Sundays to help our Head & Sous Chefs to cook during service. The ability to cover holidays for other chefs will also be required.
The hours will be 8.30am till 4.30pm on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The hours are non-negotiable.
