As Finance Manager, you will:
-
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts, forecasts and budgets
-
Oversee balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks and year-end audit processes.

Monitor and control departmental costs, taking action to minimise variances.

Support the hotel’s business plan and budget to maximise revenue
-
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, HMRC reporting and audit standards.

Develop and maintain departmental performance standards and internal financial controls.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Proven experience in financial management within a hospitality or service-oriented environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, support and develop a team

Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability

Proficiency in financial systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency
