This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. You'll help create a welcoming experience by providing outstanding food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and customer care.
What you'll do

Deliver a warm, professional and welcoming experience for employees and visitors

Build positive relationships with customers and respond to requests with confidence and professionalism

Ensure customer-facing areas are clean, organised and presented to a five-star standard

Set up and maintain service areas throughout the day

Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as required

Support meetings, events and workplace activities

Process transactions using the till system where required

Complete daily compliance and service records

Respond positively to customer feedback and resolve queries where possible

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Follow all health & safety, hygiene and company procedures
What you'll bring

Previous experience within catering, hospitality or customer service

A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and hands-on approach

A positive, resilient and reliable attitude

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

Commitment to maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards
Desirable:

Experience within a premium corporate or five-star hospitality environment

Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications
