Purpose of Role
You will report to the Head of Learning, the Learning Product Lead defines, shaping, and governing the organisation's learning product portfolio-what exists and why.
You will lead the enterprise learning portfolio, designing and prioritising products that build critical skills for our needs. Operating at the intersection of skills data, our priorities, and learning design, they make informed investment decisions on what to build, evolve, scale, or retire.
Main Accountabilities
Learn Portfolio Ownership

Manage and govern the learning portfolio to prioritise skills and our needs

Ensure platforms, content, and skills data work together to deliver a scalable experience

Define what products should exist, for whom, and at what scale

Make evidence-led decisions on investment, improvement, scaling, or retirement
Product Strategy and Standards

Define standards for product design, curation, facilitation, and quality

Ensure products are modular, reusable, and scalable across regions and roles

Maintain clear product definitions to avoid duplication
Skills and Workforce Agreement

Partner with Learning and People teams to align products to priority skills, not ad hoc demand

Design products that support pathways, progression, and mobility

Align to skills frameworks and talent systems
Vendor and Partner Management

Manage strategic learning vendors as product partners

Ensure external solutions integrate and meet quality and improvement standards
Insight, Performance and Optimisation

Define and track success measures (relevance, reach, quality, and performance)

Use data to improve the portfolio and reduce low-value activity
Collaboration

Partner with the Learning Experience Lead to activate products through journeys and experiences

Be an important link between skills strategy, learning delivery, and platform capability
