Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our dynamic team by 1st October 2026, 2/3 days per week. In this vital role, you will assess and support the developmental, emotional, and educational needs of children and young adults. Your expertise will help create tailored interventions that foster academic success, social-emotional well-being, and inclusive learning environments. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments/training to evaluate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and social functioning of students.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies aligned with each student’s unique needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to parents/teachers and school staff on inclusive education practices and behavioral management techniques.
- Collaborate closely with families to understand their concerns, share assessment results, and recommend appropriate support services.
- write intervention that partner with children story books accessible to staff and parents/carers.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care plans and monitor progress over time.
- Stay current with research developments in clinical psychology, special education, autism spectrum disorders, and disabilities to inform best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or certification as an Educational Psychologist or equivalent in your region.
- Proven experience working with children across diverse settings, including special education environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical research related to child development or educational interventions.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other disabilities.
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with students and families.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, healthcare providers, and caregivers.

Pay: £45,727.86-£50,401.97 per year
