We're gearing up for a busy summer season and seeking experienced, dynamic and professional individuals to join our team for July and August in multiple roles including Maître D’, Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, and Bartender. These positions offer exciting opportunities by the sea, within a vibrant hospitality environment where excellent service and customer satisfaction are paramount. Successful candidates will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, possess strong organisational skills, and have a background in hospitality or food service.
HOST / HOSTESS / DINING ROOM MANAGER / FLOOR MANAGER / HEAD WAITER / MAÎTRE D' (Fixed-Term Sub Contract – July & August)

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and host guests
- Manage reservations and table allocations using our digital booking platform (SevenRooms)
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and direct waiting staff
- Maintain high service standards throughout the venue
- Oversee the flow and atmosphere of the dining room

ASSISTANT MANAGER (Sub Contract)

Subcontractor position
We are seeking an experienced and capable Assistant Manager to lead our busy pub/restaurant venue through the peak summer season.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong hospitality management experience
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing busy service periods
- A hands-on approach and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Confidence overseeing daily operations, staffing and performance
EXPERIENCED BARTENDERS (Fixed-Term Sub Contract – July & August)
- £13.00 per hour standard rate (over 21’s)
- £15.00 per hour bonus opportunity
- Weekend working required
- 2 days off per week
- Subcontractor position
We're looking for competent and experienced bartenders to join our busy summer team.
* BONUS OPPORTUNITY *
Bartenders who complete the full July and August contract and maintain an average of 30+ hours per week will qualify for the enhanced £15.00 per hour rate, paid at the end of the contract.
