Mario’s Flavours – Loughor Boating Club, Swansea
Mario’s Flavours is a small, friendly, family-run business based at Loughor Boating Club in Swansea. We’re looking for a hard-working and reliable Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our team.
No previous cooking experience is essential, as full training will be provided. However, experience working in a kitchen or preparing food would be desirable.
The Role
You’ll be helping with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and supporting the team to provide great food and service to our customers.
We’re Looking For

- Someone who enjoys working as part of a small, friendly team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is desirable, but not essential
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
