Eden Interim Management are recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturing client that are on an exciting growth journey and are leaders in their field. This role reports directly to the MD, and will be pivotal in the continued success of the business.
Job Purpose
Lead and transform our end-to-end supply chain operations to deliver outstanding service, cost efficiency, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement, team development, and stakeholder through championing the business values. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role plays a key part in the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the development & implementation of strategies that will enable the company to achieve its vision, targets & objectives.

Person Specification - Skills and Experience
Leadership & Influence
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship builder with a collaborative mindset and ability to drive alignment across departments and external partners.
Strategic & Commercial Acumen
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of cost-to-serve, margin protection, and supply chain financial levers.
- Experience in budget ownership and delivering cost-out initiatives while maintaining service excellence.
- Skilled in balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
Operational Excellence
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, inventory, and co-pack management.
- Proficient in resource planning in an FMCG environment, especially labour planning, and production scheduling.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimise performance.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse teams and adapting communication style to suit different audiences.
- Calm, objective, and rational under pressure, with a solutions-focused approach.
Continuous Improvement & Change Management
- Experience in leading CI initiatives and embedding lean or digital tools to drive efficiency.

Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
