We are seeking someone to join the Registration team as a Registration Appeals Officer. You should have an understanding of case management systems and of appeals within a regulatory environment. Attention to detail and strong communication and organisational skills are important for this position.
Your Responsibilities will include:
* Managing complex cases in accordance with our policies and legislation
* Providing guidance to all parties during the appeal process and maintaining an accurate record of events (both paper and electronic)
* Undertaking plagiarism enquiries
* Completing witness statements
* Liaising with HCPTS, lawyers, appellants and witnesses to support the listing of appeal hearings
* Assisting with training sessions for colleagues
* Promoting HCPC and its processes both internally and externally
What We're Looking For:
* The ability to manage the end-to-end case process
* Working knowledge of registration or appeals within a regulatory environment
* Knowledge of preparing skeleton arguments
* Professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive material
* The ability to use case management skills and Microsoft office tools to support case processing

Pay: £35,203.00 per year
