Location: South West Based (hybrid delivery model of home and site-based according to business requirements)
Trainee Salary: - £33,699 - £36,363
Fully Trained Salary: - £37,280 - £39,862
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (52.14 Weeks per year)
Contract Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

This development opportunity would suit an individual aspiring to build their career in Human Resources and Employee Relations. Whether you already hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or are looking to take your first step into a People Advisor role, we are keen to hear from candidates who are committed to professional development and willing to work towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification. We will support the successful candidate to grow their knowledge, skills and experience within a busy and rewarding People Team.
About the role
Previous experience in an HR role is vital, and experience within the education sector would be advantageous, although not essential.
You will be a proactive and motivated HR professional, committed to delivering excellent service and achieving positive outcomes. Highly organised and resilient, you will be able to manage a varied and demanding workload, prioritising effectively in a busy environment.
With previous experience in an HR role, you will be keen to further develop your knowledge and skills across a broad range of people matters. You will be confident in building positive working relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels, providing pragmatic, customer-focused advice and support.
Most importantly, you will be adaptable, approachable and eager to learn, demonstrating a professional attitude and a commitment to making a positive contribution as part of a collaborative People Team.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to develop a career in HR and People Management. You will enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, building positive relationships with managers, employees, external agencies and trade union representatives.
You will be passionate about supporting people, providing excellent customer service and contributing to positive outcomes across the organisation. Organised, adaptable and eager to learn, you will be comfortable managing a varied workload and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
