WEEKEND ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Play Worker/Party Supervisor to join our busy under 5’s soft play team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced, fun environment and can confidently support the day-to-day running of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving drinks as a trained barista
- Assisting with food preparation (basic cooking) and kitchen duties
- Hosting children’s birthday parties and special events
- Supporting the management team and helping supervise staff
- Supervising and engaging with children in the play area
- Delivering excellent customer service to parents and visitors
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, soft play, or childcare settings
- Barista training and food handling experience preferred
- Confident hosting parties and interacting with customers
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and lead by example when required
- Energetic, organised and reliable attitude
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a lively environment. This role offers an enriching environment for those passionate about working with children and fostering community engagement through fun and educational activities.
- Must be able to work Sundays/Saturdays
Pay: £13.00 per hour
