Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project and Installation Manager to lead our installation teams and oversee project execution from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and uphold our commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in project management within the glazing or construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation of glazing products ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Manage installation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution
- Oversee site preparation activities using various in-house processes and systems
- Monitor progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly
- Ensure all installations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the glazing, construction, or related industry
- Proficiency in Glazing Project Management and Installations
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
