is currently recruiting for the following vacancy:
Senior Support Worker
Full Time
To work day shifts 9:30am-6:30pm on a 4-on, 4-off basis across a 7-day week
Fixed term contract 1st October 2026 - 30th June 2027
with potential to renew in summer 2027
£15 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and well organised individual to join a team offering shelter and support to the homeless this year. You will be working one to one with vulnerable adults with complex needs including alcohol and drug dependency, helping address barriers to housing and find sustainable long-term accommodation, and representing their needs in multi-agency partnership discussions. You will also be providing advice and leadership to the staff team in the Director's absence including managing sickness absence and rotas.
