We are currently offering a nail desk/workstation rental opportunity for a talented, professional motivated self-employed Nail Technician looking to grow their own business within a thriving salon.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build your own client base within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. As a self-employed professional, you will manage your own schedule and services, ensuring a personalised experience for each client.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of professional nail services (e.g. acrylics, manicures, pedicures, gel nails, BIAB and nail art )
- Demonstrate creativity and skill in nail art
- Manage your own client bookings and schedule
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Uphold and reflect the high standards and reputation of the salon
- Work collaboratively within a friendly team environment
- Provide expert advice on nail care and colour choices tailored to individual client preferences
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Manage your own appointments, bookings, and client records efficiently
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a portfolio of work
- Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment for clients
- Ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs and provide customised recommendations
- Good organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain hygiene standards effectively.
