Optimum Care (Nottm) Ltd is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our expanding healthcare team. We are recruiting four Registered Nurses for immediate deployment across a range of community, residential, and specialist care settings.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care while promoting the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of the people you support.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised care.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with NMC standards.
- Monitoring patients' physical and clinical conditions.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies and clinical deterioration.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supporting and supervising healthcare assistants where appropriate.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, infection prevention, and clinical governance requirements.
- Providing compassionate care to patients and their families.
Essential Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Registered Nurse (Adult RN) or Registered Children's Nurse (RNC).
- Minimum 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of medication management and clinical documentation.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
- Experience working with both adult and paediatric patients.
- Community nursing, domiciliary care, complex care or hospital experience.
- IV therapy, tracheostomy, PEG feeding, ventilation or other complex clinical skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
