About FiLLi Cafe
FiLLi Cafe is renowned for its signature chai and freshly prepared food offerings. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Members to support our kitchen operations and maintain high food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to FiLLi Cafe recipes and specifications.
- Ensure food is prepared and served within company service time standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation, receiving deliveries, and inventory management.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitised.
- Minimise food waste and support cost-control initiatives.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred.
- Understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential).
