We are in need of a full-time operative, 39 hours P/W, 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00-13:00 Friday.
Role summary:
· Assembling Products: Build products or components according to drawings, or detailed instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
· Quality Control: Inspect components and finished products for defects, perform quality assurance checks, and ensure products meet company standards.
· Operating Machinery: Use and maintain assembly tools and machinery.
· Material Handling, Load components onto the assembly lines, manage supplies, and remove completed products for packaging. Inform management regarding stock issues.
· Follow all workplace safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
· Work closely with managers and team members to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
· Understand Pick/Drawing to determine requirement
· Use hand tools and semi-automated equipment provided
· Correctly utilise, complete and return all documents
· Use of a 2-part mixing system (Training will be given)
· Assist with other duties when instructed in line with company production requirements or general housekeeping
· Adhere to the 5S standards in your area or place of work
Key responsibilities:
· To work as part of a team, guaranteeing that all communication is managed effectively.
· Achieve or exceed company/departmental KPI’s.
· Maintain standards introduced to your department.
· Check labelling
· Ensure all parts meet the function and quality levels required and are therefore fit for purpose
· Monitor and address ‘Pick’ issues

· Production Manager/ Quality Technician/ Operations Manager
Required experience / Skills / Qualities:
· Methodical and focussed approach.
· Assembly knowledge.
· Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
