Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Full-Time Sprinter Driver / Furniture Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering furniture and other large items efficiently and safely to customers’ homes and businesses. Your enthusiasm for driving, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle heavy lifting will ensure a smooth delivery experience that exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Sprinter van or similar vehicle to deliver furniture and large items across designated routes.
- Load and unload products with care, utilizing proper lifting techniques to handle heavy furniture items.
- Ensure timely deliveries by planning efficient routes and managing delivery schedules effectively.
- Communicate clearly with customers upon arrival, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues promptly, and maintain a clean, organised delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every delivery.
- Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including loading goods onto vehicles and inventory management.
- Tick each delivery appropriately using the delivery software.
Experience
- Prior delivery driver experience, preferably with commercial driving or courier services.
- Ability to use delivery software/ the ability to learn how to use delivery software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience operating Sprinter vans or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with heavy lifting techniques is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: £108.46 per day
