Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated territories through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present products and services effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales approaches.
- Develop customised proposals and negotiate terms to secure new contracts or renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to maximise conversion rates.
- Provide feedback from clients regarding product improvements or service enhancements.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within a similar industry or market segment.
- Demonstrable ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals effectively.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic planning.
- Fluency in English is highly advantageous for engaging with diverse client bases across regions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour.
