We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Supervisor to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical team based on site.
Location: Site based, Weybridge
Hours: Full Time, Permanent - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Senior Mechanical Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in the safe and effective installation of mechanical services across a key project in the Laboratory sector. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll take the lead on mechanical installations while supporting the wider project delivery. This is an opportunity to use your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide teams and ensure successful project outcomes that meet our high standards for quality, safety, and programme delivery.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Mechanical Supervisor, you'll be working within the Kier Mechanical & Electrical team, supporting them in delivering mechanical and electrical services on projects. Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring all works are planned with suitable risk assessments and carried out safely in accordance with Kier standards and UK law
- Liaising with Engineers and Project Managers to deliver site works in line with programmes
- Managing quality control procedures and coordinating services installation
- Overseeing and guiding other supervisors where necessary to ensure successful delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the identification of project risks and opportunities

- You're technically skilled in Mechanical Services installation and safety with a relevant industry accredited qualification
- You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum
