We’re looking for a creative, organised and energetic Social Media Manager to join our growing hospitality group.
You’ll be responsible for managing the social media presence across multiple exciting hospitality brands, helping bring each business to life online through engaging content and community management.
What you’ll be doing:
● Creating engaging social media posts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
● Planning, filming and editing short-form video content and Reels.
● Maintaining a consistent content calendar across multiple businesses.
● Responding to messages, comments and enquiries promptly.
● Growing engagement and building online communities.
● Keeping up with social media trends and turning them into content ideas.
● Visiting venues to capture content, launches and events.
● Working closely with the management team to promote new products, events and campaigns.
● Monitoring account performance and suggesting ways to improve reach and engagement.
● Being confident in front of the camera and happy to feature in videos when needed.
● Encouraging managers and team members to get involved in content creation and helping bring out their personalities on camera.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has experience managing business social media accounts.
● Is confident filming and editing content using a smartphone.
● Isn’t afraid to step in front of the camera and create engaging content themselves.
● Can encourage others to get involved and make being on camera feel natural and fun.
● Has a great eye for photography, video and branding.
● Understands Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
● Is highly organised and able to juggle multiple brands.
● Can work independently while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
● Has a passion for hospitality, food and events.
