Phone Operator / Customer Service Assistant Required – Northampton
Irmak Northampton is looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Phone Operator / Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Answering incoming customer calls
✅ Taking food orders over the phone accurately
✅ Serving customers face-to-face and processing orders at the counter
✅ Managing online orders from Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and our website
✅ Assisting walk-in customers and handling enquiries
✅ Processing payments and operating the till system
✅ Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Requirements: ✅ Good communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Basic computer and till system knowledge preferred
✅ Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
✅ Previous experience in a takeaway, restaurant
