We are currently seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to individuals in need.

- Responsibilities
- - Provide personal care and support to individuals in a respectful and dignified manner- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation- Offer emotional support and companionship to those your supporting- Ensure a safe and clean environment for individuals receiving support- Support individuals to appointments or outings as required- Assist to manage correspondence and budgeting
- Qualifications
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism
- Experience in care
- NVQ2 desirable
