Responsibilities

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using our practice management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and update records with precision.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily operations and patient flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area while adhering to confidentiality standards for patient information.
- Liaising with dentists, nurses, and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Requirements
- Previous reception or customer service experience (dental or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential).
