HR Generalist
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000/annum (dependant on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days per week on site, 1 day remote.
Location: The Curve, Nottingham City Centre

The Role
The HR Generalist supports our UK Offices and shared functions including our European Credit and Customer Service functions in executing HR process & policies.
You’ll act as a primary HR contact to employees and leaders, giving advice on HR themes and executing action plans following legislation, procedures and VF strategy.
How You Will Make a Difference
Supporting with redundancy processes, restructures, small-scale TUPE, variation of contracts, settlement agreements. Experience in leading these is essential.
Ad-hoc project support, such as but not limited to Apprenticeships, Culture Surveys, Compensation Cycles and Total Rewards.

Fast learner and comfortable/competent with systems (AI, MS Office: Outlook, Excel for generating reports, Word, Workday system is a strong advantage)
