We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical components operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your new role
- Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
- Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical issues
- Consumer unit replacements and upgrades
- Installation of sockets, switches, lighting and other electrical fixtures
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards
- Completing relevant paperwork and compliance documentation
- Providing excellent customer service when working within tenants' homes
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures on site
What you'll need to succeed
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS/CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
