Pro-Fitness Academy is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven person to take the lead on our Business Mentorship Programme.
We don't just want someone to deliver a few business workshops.
We want someone who can own the programme, help shape it, drive student results and grow it with us.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a 33% share of the profits generated by the Business Mentorship Programme, giving you a genuine stake in what you help build.
The Opportunity
Our students come to Pro-Fitness Academy to become qualified fitness professionals.
But getting qualified is only the beginning.
They also need to know how to:
- Get their first paying clients
- Market themselves effectively
- Sell PT and coaching services confidently
- Build a strong personal brand
- Generate leads consistently
- Retain clients
- Price and package their services
- Grow their monthly income
- Turn personal training into a sustainable business
That's where you come in.
You'll become one of the key people responsible for helping our students make the transition from:
Qualified Personal Trainer → Successful Fitness Professional
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take the lead on the mentorship programme, including:
- Delivering engaging business mentorship sessions
- Coaching students on sales, marketing and business growth
- Helping students turn ideas into clear action plans
- Holding students accountable for implementing what they learn
- Creating resources, templates and practical business tools
- Improving and developing the programme over time
- Tracking student progress and business outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to grow the programme
- Working alongside the Pro-Fitness Academy team to create an outstanding student experience
You'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas, experience and personality to the programme.
Who We're Looking For
You could be a business mentor, entrepreneur, experienced PT, fitness business owner, sales professional or marketer.
Your exact background matters less than your ability to get results and communicate what you know.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong commercial/business experience
- A solid understanding of sales and marketing
- Experience building or growing a service-based business
- Confidence coaching and mentoring others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to motivate people and hold them accountable
Experience in the fitness or personal training industry would be a major advantage.
The Deal – 33% Profit Share
This isn't designed to be a standard "turn up, deliver a session and go home" position.
We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership and share in the upside.
You'll receive:
33% of the profits generated by the Business Mentorship Programme.
The better the programme performs, the greater the earning opportunity.
That means we're looking for someone who thinks like a business partner, not simply an employee.
You'll care about student results, retention, programme quality and commercial growth because you'll directly participate in the success you help create.

Pay: £5,000.00-£50,000.00 per month
