Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic candidate to join our friendly team as a Trainee HVAC Engineer.
No previous trade experience or technical qualifications are needed, as full training will be provided. Working directly alongside our experienced engineers, you will learn how to install, service and repair modern heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn On-Site: Work closely with experiences engineers across various locations, gaining hands-on experience in installations, routine servicing and repairs.
- Master the Tools: Learn how to safely use industry-standard tools, testing equipment and specialist machinery.
- Support the Team: Help set up work areas, keep equipment organised and ensure site environments and company vehicles are kept clean, safe and well-stocked.
- Problem Solving: Build your practical skills as you learn how to diagnose and resolve technical system issues.
- Represent the Business: Provide a polite, professional impression for the company when interacting with clients and customers on site.

We are based in Quedgeley, Gloucester, so a local candidate is ideal. Please note that start and finish times vary day-to-day depending on project locations and job requirements. Pay is dependent on age, in line with statutory UK minimum wage rates, with overtime paid for any hours worked over 40 hours per week.
Pay: From £10.85 per hour
