Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent maintenance of the property
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are adhered to
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
