Job Overview
The Junior Project Specifier is responsible for coordinating, executing, and finalising project quotations according to strict deadlines and different budgets. This includes offering solutions, working with different manufactures, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver specifications according to plan. The Junior Project Specifier will work closely with our business development managers on project briefs, expectations and deadlines.
Duties
- Learn and develop general bathroom knowledge, learning different product ranges from manufactuers, compliance and technical information.
- Working closely with our business development managers, taking a project brief, and developing quotations through to order stage.
- Taking ownership of the CRM system and keeping projects updated
- Communicating clearly with clients, consisting of interior designers, architects and contractors via emails and phone calls.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
- Ensure project outcomes are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of grade C ( or equivalent) at GCSE level in Maths and English
- Familiarity with Microsoft outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint.
- High level organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High Level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Pay: £21,157.50-£23,000.00 per year
