We are looking for an experienced and versatile Carpenter / Installer to join our team.
We specialise in building high-quality bespoke garden rooms and are looking for someone with experience in garden rooms, campervan conversions, tiny homes or similar bespoke builds.
Alongside our garden room projects, we are also looking to undertake campervan conversions, so previous camper conversion experience would be a major advantage.
This isn't a standard first or second-fix carpentry role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking on varied projects and working across different stages of a build.
The work will include:
- SIP panel installation
- Ground screw installation
- Internal and external cladding
- Flooring
- Drylining
- Fitting doors and windows
- EPDM rubber roofing
- Interior finishing and trim work
- Campervan conversion work
- General problem-solving and working from drawings/designs
- Sharing general labouring duties as part of the team, including carrying materials through to site, loading/unloading and keeping the site clean and tidy throughout the build
This is a hands-on team role, so everyone contributes to the physical and labouring side of the job rather than those tasks falling to one person.
What we're looking for:
We're particularly interested in hearing from applicants with campervan conversion experience, especially if you have experience with cabinetry, 12V electrics, plumbing, heaters, windows/roof vents or completing conversions from an empty van.
You'll need to be practical, reliable and capable of producing a high standard of finish. We're looking for someone who can think for themselves and solve problems rather than needing every stage of a job explained to them.

About the role:
The majority of our existing work is building bespoke garden rooms for residential customers. We also want to expand into campervan conversion projects, so we're particularly keen to find someone who can bring previous conversion experience to the team.
It's a varied role suited to someone who enjoys building complete projects rather than doing the same carpentry task every day.
