We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operation of our facility bookings.
As the first point of contact, you will build strong relationships with clubs, partners and customers, encourage new and repeat bookings, and help ensure our facilities are used to their full potential.
You will also work with digital, marketing and membership teams to improve booking processes, communications and the overall customer journey.
SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Location: County Hall (Rhadyr - Usk), NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
