Kitchen Apprentice / Trainee Chef

We’re looking for an enthusiastic school leaver or college student who’s keen to begin their journey in the kitchen. No experience is needed—just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for food.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn in a busy, independent pub where everything is made with care. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs who’ll help you develop your skills, build your confidence, and grow into a great chef.
What you’ll be doing:
- Learning how a professional kitchen operates.
- Assisting with food preparation and service.
- Preparing fresh ingredients and helping create quality dishes.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe.
- Learning about food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Working as part of a supportive, hardworking team.
- Developing new skills every day.
