Hero House Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving Leeds and the surrounding areas.
We're building a small team of reliable, experienced cleaners who take pride in their work and want additional cleaning jobs without having to find the customers themselves.
We handle the marketing, customer bookings and scheduling — you focus on delivering an excellent clean.

THE WORK
You'll complete residential cleaning jobs throughout Leeds, including:
- Regular house cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- End-of-tenancy cleaning
- After-builders cleaning
Typical responsibilities include cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard.
You'll also be expected to complete a final check and provide before/after photos when required.

We're looking for people who are dependable, professional and genuinely care about doing a good job.
You should have:
✓ Previous professional cleaning experience
✓ Reliable transport and willingness to travel to jobs around Leeds
✓ Your own cleaning equipment and supplies
✓ Good communication skills
✓ Excellent attention to detail
✓ A professional and friendly attitude
✓ A smartphone for receiving job information and taking photos
✓ The right to work in the UK
Reliability is extremely important. If you accept a job, we expect you to turn up on time and deliver the standard the customer was promised.
HOW PAY WORKS
This role is paid per completed cleaning job rather than by the hour.
You'll know the payment for a job before accepting it.
The amount varies depending on the size of the property and type of clean. Based on estimated completion times, jobs are designed to provide approximately £18–£25+ per hour equivalent, with efficient experienced cleaners potentially earning more.
You also keep 100% of any customer tips.
IMPORTANT
We're currently building our initial cleaner team as Hero House Cleaning grows across Leeds.
This means we cannot guarantee a minimum number of jobs or hours initially. Our aim is to build long-term relationships with excellent cleaners and provide increasing amounts of work as bookings grow.
